ABOUT ME

As a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state for over ten years, I have successfully provided therapy to individuals through a blend of EMDR and person-centered techniques. Although I am currently unable to provide in-person sessions, I do offer remote services to meet various needs. I am fluent in Spanish and am paneled on numerous insurance providers, including Premera, Regence, Kaiser, United Healthcare, and Medicaid (Molina, Wellpoint, United Health and Coordinated Care). With a compassionate approach, I strive to empower individuals to navigate their mental health challenges reach their personal goals.
